Low Carb Corner has been producing highly nutritional cereals and snacks since 1996. The company was founded after 20 years of research and development done by Ronald and Allene Klinkhammer.

Their goal was to create a line of snacks that set a high nutritional standard and met the various needs of close family and friends. Their daughter Nancy, who has gluten intolerance, inspired them to create convenient, nutritious, gluten and wheat free food. Their active grandchildren inspired them to create a high protein, high-energy snack. Their son in law, Pat, inspired them to create a no sugar, low carbohydrate snack that is practical and satisfying for a diabetic lifestyle.

Today Nancy and Pat operate the Low Carb Corner(LCC) out of the South Beach Bakery. They continue a tradition started by Ron and Allene years ago. The company pledges to maintain high nutritional standards and continues to serve friends and family who are also devoted to the healthy lifestyle.
